Rodolphe, "Frenchy", was a shipbuilder at the Buffalo, NY, waterfront before and after World War II. He also was a featherweight boxer in the early 1900s under the name "Kid French".

Aparently his mother named him "Rudolph Joseph Pierre", however his tombstone is marked “Rodolphe A Pelletier”.
